About me
Hi, I'm Tulsi, and I’m obsessed with all things food!
I’ve been cooking since I was 13, learning by watching and imitating my mother, my ba (paternal grandmother), and my nani (maternal grandmother). These three incredible women taught me so much about traditional Gujarati cuisine, and their passion for food has shaped mine. Though I’m not a trained professional, I've honed my skills through practice, curiosity, and a deep love for cooking.
Traveling the world has only fueled my excitement for food; I’m always eager to master new techniques and discover unique dishes from different cultures.
With a background in science, I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between food and health. In a world where ultra-processed foods and instant delivery meals are everywhere, I believe it’s more important than ever to nurture the skill of cooking fresh, homemade meals.
