Bookings & Payment
Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of booking or no less than 7 days before the class is due to start. Failure to make payment during this time will result in the forfeiture of your reserved place. Payment can be made via online bank transfer; details will be sent through in your booking confirmation email. Full payment must be received prior to attending the first class of any course.

 

Availability
All classes are subject to availability and booked on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to postpone or rearrange a course up to 3 days before it is scheduled to take place in the unlikely event that there are not enough attendees.

 

Event Duration
Details of event duration given on the website and elsewhere are a guide only. Classes are planned based on the times specified, but naturally there may be delays, curtailments, or breakdowns that are not within our control. You agree that we shall not be held liable for variations in event time and duration.

 

Liability
Eat with Tulsi assumes no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to students or their personal property during or as a result of attending classes.

 

Health & Safety
Students are required to follow all instructions given by the instructor to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Appropriate attire must be worn, please note that class will be held in a shoe-free kitchen, please bring suitable indoor shoes or slippers if required (no flip-flops or open-toed shoes). Students must adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by Eat with Tulsi.

 

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
As the classes are held in a domestic kitchen, we cannot guarantee that the dishes prepared will be free of allergens. Please inform Eat with Tulsi of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions at the time of booking, and we will confirm if we can cater to the student’s specific allergies. If you have not informed us of an allergy or food intolerance and you or any other consumer of the product suffers an allergic reaction, Eat with Tulsi is not liable.

 

Class Dates & Fees
The course fee entitles you to the lessons on the agreed dates only. If a class is cancelled by Eat with Tulsi, a full refund will be offered.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 or more days before the start of the course or class will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 10-14 days prior to the commencement of the course will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made less than 10 days before the start of class.

 

Privacy Policy
By engaging with Eat with Tulsi, including browsing the website or entering into a transaction, you consent to the use of your personal information as outlined in this policy. Eat with Tulsi will only use your data to provide the requested services and will not share your information with third parties unless explicitly directed by you.

 

Personal Information
Your personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, contact details, and any other information provided during the booking process. This information is securely stored and used solely to facilitate your participation in our classes.

 

Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all classes. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund.

 

Force Majeure
Eat with Tulsi shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or delay caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or other utilities, leakage of water, fire, flood, explosion, external road or building works, Government restrictions, Force Majeure, act of terrorism, weather, transportation issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Photography & Filming
Eat with Tulsi may take photographs or videos during classes for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image and likeness in promotional materials unless they explicitly opt out at the time of booking. Parents or guardians must consent on behalf of children attending.

 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Eat with Tulsi reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will apply to all future bookings made after the update.
